Carat Catering/P-are Consultance
As part of the public relations module at university we were asked to form consultancies, find a suitable client and to devise, implement and evaluate a public relations campaign. The client we chose was Carat Catering, a small family run catering and events venture in East Kilbride. Overall, our aim for this campaign was to raise awareness of Carat Catering in East Kilbride and immediate surrounding areas. I helped to rebrand their website, set up and maintained a blog page on the client’s website, looked after social media accounts, planed and organised a launch event, researched and communicated with potential businesses for both the launch event and the business link up.
